Understanding Shoe Sizes

Shoe sizes vary significantly between different countries and regions:

• US Sizes: Used in the United States, typically ranging from 5-13 for men and 5-12 for women
• EU Sizes: European sizing system, ranging from approximately 38-48 for men and 35-42 for women
• UK Sizes: United Kingdom sizing, similar to US but typically 0.5-1 size smaller
• CM: Foot length in centimeters, the most accurate measurement method

How to Measure Your Foot

Length Measurement:

1. Stand on a piece of paper with your heel against a wall
2. Mark the longest part of your foot (usually the big toe)
3. Measure the distance from the wall to the mark in centimeters
4. Add 0.5-1 cm for comfort and sock thickness

Width Measurement:

1. While standing, measure across the widest part of your foot (usually the ball)
2. Use a flexible measuring tape or wrap a string around and measure it
3. Measure in centimeters for the most accurate width recommendation
